We specialise in luxury passementerie, bespoke embellishments, restoration projects and curated design collections for high end residential and hospitality projects worldwide.

3. Our Services

We provide:

  • Contemporary design collections including Murano and glass embellishments

  • Crystal and specialist material detailing

  • Traditional custom designs

  • Bespoke commissions

  • Restoration of heritage passementerie and decorative elements

  • Selected stock collections

All bespoke and custom projects are subject to individual consultation and quotation.

4. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are:

  • Provided in writing

  • Valid for a specified period

  • Subject to material availability

A contract is formed only when a written quotation is accepted and confirmed by us.

For bespoke commissions, a deposit may be required prior to commencement.

5. Bespoke & Custom Work

Due to the handcrafted and customised nature of our services:

  • Designs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed

  • Minor variations may occur due to natural materials or artisanal processes

  • Lead times may vary depending on complexity and sourcing

Bespoke orders are non refundable once production has commenced.

6. Pricing & Payment

Pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to production.

Payment terms will be specified in each quotation. Failure to make payment in accordance with agreed terms may result in suspension of work.

International projects may be subject to additional shipping, customs or import duties which are the responsibility of the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

  • Designs

  • Images

  • Text

  • Branding

  • Photography

is the property of WENDY CUSHING PASSEMENTERIE LTD and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care in the provision of our services. However, we shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays caused by third party suppliers

  • Variations inherent in handcrafted or natural materials

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors or omissions.

10. Governing Law
